If you visit Vasa, just note that it can be a little tricky to find and is located inside the Albertson’s Shopping Centre, towards the back entrance.

Ground Up has evolved from classes in the local parks to a fitness and yoga studio in the heart of Downtown Redlands. They believe that yoga helps with health, happiness, and energy. After a busy day of work, you can release stress and tension with their large variety of classes, including yoga flow (with a beginner’s class), yin yoga, and deep stretch flow. Everyone is welcome to join regardless of level or ability.

Offering a weekly yoga class to the local community, Yoga Anonymous follow a philosophy that enables anyone to join in with no set cost. The idea is for people to pay what they can afford with no minimum donation. It is a beginner yoga flow class that runs for 90 minutes with a certified instructor every Sunday from 9 a.m. It is slow-paced but challenging, combining continuous movement with holds and stretches. If you are staying in Redlands over the weekend on your business trip, Yoga Anonymous is a great way to start your Sunday.
